After graduating from USC's School of Cinema-Television, Tracy enjoyed a successful career in Hollywood, working in production, editing television series and feature films, and later founding her own talent agency representing actors. The creativity, discipline, attention to detail, and strategic negotiation skills she developed throughout her Hollywood career continue to shape the exceptional representation she provides buyers and sellers today. Earlier, she earned a place as an alternate on the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Team, an experience that instilled the discipline, resilience, and pursuit of excellence that continue to define her approach today.

A passionate golfer and member of Marin Country Club, Tracy embraces the active outdoor lifestyle that defines Marin County.
