Tracy Curtis is a Marin County Luxury REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, specializing in luxury homes, waterfront properties, golf course communities, and distinctive residences throughout Sausalito, Belvedere, Tiburon, Corte Madera, Larkspur, Kentfield, Greenbrae, Ross and Novato, and the surrounding Marin County communities. Known for strategic negotiation, exceptional marketing, and a deeply personalized approach built on trust, discretion, and results, Tracy helps buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence.
Before real estate, Tracy built a successful Hollywood career after graduating from USC's School of CinemaTelevision, working in television and film production and editing, then founding her own talent agency representing actors. Earlier still, she was an alternate on the U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Team. Both experiences shaped the discipline, creativity, and negotiation skill she brings to every transaction today.
A member of Marin Country Club and an avid golfer, Tracy also hikes Mount Tamalpais, cycles Highway 1, and plays pickleball, and loves helping clients discover not just a home, but the Marin lifestyle itself. She serves on the Board of NatureBridge, connecting young people with nature through hands-on experiences in the national parks.
