(We had interviewed others previously that we weren’t thrilled to work with). Tracy was exceptional in remembering things we said we needed and areas that we were interested in and for what reasons. We worked with her for several months- she spent a great deal of time/energy meeting at places we were interested in (some about an hour away from “home base” and effort putting together an offer at one that ultimately didn’t work out— but this worked out for the best because we ended up with something we like much more and in the area we kept our fingers crossed for. (Negotiations are tricky in this market- this isn’t her fault it’s just the down side of this market in this area). There’s not much predictable about it at all. She put together a nice letter in our offer that I think helped our chances. We even had to scramble last minute to find a different lender because of some complex HOA nuances and we were also much happier with this lender in any case! Another plus! She kept up with us throughout this process and was very supportive on finding the right place. Not in it to just make a sell. I really appreciate this. She has also done other remarkably thoughtful things. And she is the most responsive person I’ve ever worked with. (Even after close).
